Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) faces persistent challenges in ensuring data security, verifying credentials, and improving process efficiency. The subject of this research is the development of a blockchain-based HRM ecosystem to address these issues by leveraging decentralized data management and smart contract automation. The paper analyzes the concepts of blockchain technology with a focus on its application in HRM. The practical part of the work involves a survey of HR stakeholders, guided by the adapted Blockchain Adoption Model, to examine their readiness for blockchain adoption. This approach highlights the potential of blockchain to enhance trust and efficiency in HRM processes.
